NOTICE OF MASTER IN EQUITY SALE CIVIL ACTION NO. 2017CP4600517 BY VIRTUE OF A DECREE of the Court of Common Pleas for York County, South Carolina, heretofore issued in the case of MidFirst Bank, against Jessica T. Costales a/k/a Jessica A. Tomlinson, et al., the Master in Equity for York County, or his/her agent, will sell on July 3, 2017, at 11:00 A.M., at Courtroom of the Master in Equity, York County Courthouse 2 South Congress Street, York, SC, to the highest bidder: All that certain piece, parcel, or lot or land with any and all improvements being located there in in the State of South Carolina, County of York, Catawba Township, and being more particu larly described: Beginning at a stake at the intersection of Peachtree Road S. 44-42 E. 256.8 feet to a stake; thence N. 45-18 E. 267 feet to a stake; thence N. 44-42 W. 160.3 feet to a stake on Peachtree lane; thence with Peachtree Lane S. 63-54 W. 22.4 feet, S. 71-16 W. 156.5 feet and S.60-39 W. 108.5 feet to the beginning, and being shown as Lot No.8 in Block 1 on map of Spring Valley, prepared by Williams Engineering Services, dated June 15, 1965, January 13, 1966, which plat is hereby incorporated herein as part of this description and made a part hereof for a more accurate depiction of metes, bounds, courses and distances. Thereafter, by deed dated June 27, 2011 and recorded July 6, 2011 in Book 12053 at Page 304, Manuel Costales, III conveyed his interest in the subject property to Jessica T. Costales a/k/a Jessica A. Tomlinson. TERMS OF SALE: FOR CASH. The Master in Equity will require a deposit of 5% of the bid amount in cash or certified funds, which is to be applied on the purchase price upon compliance with the bid. Interest on the balance of the bid at 4.250% shall be paid to the day of compliance. In case of noncompliance within 20 days, after the sale, the deposit of 5% is to be forfeited and applied to Plaintiff's judgment debt and the property re-advertised for sale upon the same terms at the risk of the former highest bidder. Deficiency judgment not being demanded, the bidding will not remain open after the date of sale, but compliance with the bid may be made immediately.
