NOTICE OF SALE C/A NO: 2017-CP-46-00702 BY VIRTUE OF A DECREE of the Court of Common Pleas for York County, South Carolina, heretofore issued in the case of M&T Bank vs. Karen L. Richardson; Bank of America, N.A.; Sutton Place Homeowners Association, Inc., I the undersigned as Master in Equity for York County, will sell on July 3, 2017 at 11:00 AM, at the 2 South Congress Street, Courtroom 2, York, SC 29745, York County Courthouse, York County, South Carolina, to the highest bidder: Legal Description and Property Address: BEING ALL of Lot 129, of Sutton Place Subdivision, Phase 4 Map 1, as same is shown on a map thereof recorded in Map Book C-350, at Page 6, in the York County, South Carolina, Public Registry, reference being made for a more particular descrip tion of said property. Since a personal or deficiency judgment is waived, the bidding will not remain open but compliance with the bid may be made immediately. If the Plaintiff or the Plaintiff's representative does not appear at the above-described sale, then the sale of the property will be null, void, and of no force and effect.
