April, 1950 and recorded in the Clerk of Court for York County in Plat Book D at Page 126-128 inclusive. According to said plat the within described lot is also 408 Frayser Street (Avenue) and fronts thereon 70 feet. Together with and subject to a perpetual and appurtenant easement for the establishment of a 15 foot service alley with crosses a portion of the within described lot and adjoining lots as shown in broken lines on the aforementioned plat; said easement is created for the benefit of each and every lot which would be traversed by said alley. DERIVATION: This is the property conveyed to William A. Haynes and Cora Q. Haynes by deed of J. P. Stevens & Co., Inc. in Book 160 at Page 113 and conveyed to the Plaintiff by Tax Deed in Book 16196 at Page 40, All RMC office for York County, South Carolina. SUMMONS YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint in this action, which is on file with the Clerk of Court, and to serve your Answer to same Complaint on the subscriber hereof within thirty (30) days after the service hereof; if you fail to answer the Complaint within said time, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
